The Mid-Year Reset is a hands-on workshop designed to help you take stock of what you have accomplished so far, recognize the progress you may have moved past too quickly, and thoughtfully shape what the rest of the year can hold. You will reflect on goals, update them where needed, and prepare for the summer months with clarity and intention. The focus is practical and forward-looking, helping you set up routines and rhythms that support what matters most to you now.
